Dear friends,

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank each one of you for your continued support, encouragement, and prayers. It has truly meant a lot to us during this difficult time.

I also wanted to share an update on Bhavani’s condition. During the surgery, the doctors found that the tumor was attached to the brain stem, which made it quite complex. Because of this, they were able to safely remove about 80–90% of it. The remaining portion contains what they have identified as “small blue tumour cells,” and this will need to be addressed through further treatment.

Bhavani was discharged last Saturday after spending 21 days in the hospital. She has now been moved to a rehabilitation center, where she will stay for the next four weeks. This phase is focused on helping her regain strength and recover steadily after the surgery.

On the financial side, the hospital was kind enough to provide a discount of 1.5 lakh on the total bill of 26.5 lakh, which has been a small relief for us amidst everything else.

Once her rehabilitation period is complete, Bhavani will begin the next stage of her cancer treatment, which is expected to include radiation and chemotherapy. At this point, I have not yet been able to access the detailed cancer-related reports, but I will share more information as soon as I have clarity.

Through all of this, your kindness and generosity have been a tremendous source of strength for us. Your messages, support, and good wishes have lifted our spirits and helped us stay hopeful.

I will continue to keep you all updated on her progress. Please keep Bhavani in your thoughts and prayers as she moves into the next phase of her treatment.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Srivyal
