The Abaco Center Update:
While we are still working through the survey and assessment phase of the Abaco Center project, much progress has taken place. The most recent progress report from the Bahamian Disaster Reconstruction Authority includes up to date surveys and assessments that are satisfactory for the commencement of vertical construction. The partnerships to make this project a success are in place and we are pleased with the forward momentum of the first Hurricane Shelter in Central Abaco. We will continue to work with the Disaster Reconstruction Authority and update our supporters on the continued progress of the Abaco Center.
