Bright new helpline space
Bright new helpline space

Over the past 3 months we have been working to expand our support services and make sure more women and girsl can get through to us.

In April our helpline service moved out of it's original tiny home and into a new, bigger space that means we can have four lines running at once and double the number of people we support.

In May our text service had it's busiest month this year and supported 70 new clients as well as supporting all of our existing clients.

Unfortunately in May our broadband was cut off due to a mistake by the supplier which has been quite complex to resolve and taken up a lot of staff time over the past month. We're getting back on track but it has been a bit of a set back in terms of reaching more clients.

We're also working on new online self help resources with the support of two amazing student interns and should have a new set of downloadable resources ready in August.
