Even as we continue to face the Covid-19 crisis, our children show great resilience in facing the challenges head-on. Despite the digital divide our children in the Dharwad villages face without access to smartphones, our team has worked hard on identifying the problems, finding solutions and continuously pushing themselves with inspiration from the children and support from their communities. Together, we have turned this crisis into an opportunity by adapting to the new normal and rebuilding together!
Our Enabler from Dharwad shares his approach:
“I wanted to turn the crisis into an opportunity for myself.I used my seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, from to learn and absorb more about the world. The FA and Khelo India online courses opened doors for me during the pandemic. I believe in 3 Ds - Dedication, Devotion and Determination. My learning across several topics such as diet and nutrition, physiology and sports psychology has helped me further develop my coaching philosophy. I feel like a stronger coach to be able to deliver all kinds of sessions, virtual or physical, to help my students grow.”
