Dear Friends,

We thank you for your generous contribution towards this Nobel cause for the benefit of the less fortunate children.

Through this project children with multiple disabilities (Visually Impaired and visually impairment with Mentally challenged or Hearing loss and Physically disabled) have immensely benefited since they come from poorest of the poor family.

Due to pandemic children and staff have got positive report, therefore Divine Light Trust for the Blind supporting more than 600 children in different parts of the state under prevention of disability programme in addition to the Multi disabled children who are getting support from this project.

Success story of Vinodha

Vinodha is a 26 year old girl and she is Mentally challenged. She came to our center when she was 9 years old.   She is come from very poorest of the poor family and she was disowned by her parents. Due to severe disability she has been  thrown out of the family.

She came to our center as a orphan mentally challenged child, hence DLTB trained her in Craft, Music, House hold activities and we taught her social skills. Now she is independent and able to stand on her feet and she is not burden to the parents and society.

Inspite of this she has not accepted by the family. Therefore she is staying in our hostel and under going further training for rehabilitation.

We wish all the best to Vinodha.

We once again thank all the donors and GlobalGiving for their continued support and constant guidance for the benefit of these kind of children.
