Support for 50 Multi disabled children

Dear Friends,
Thank you for the initiative you have taken to support to our project for Multiple disabled children.
This is on-going project; in our project we have children with multiple disabilities (Visually Impaired and visually impairment with Mentally challenged or Hearing loss and Physically disabled).
The background of these children socially, economically backward and they are severe disabled due to malnutrition. These children are neglected by their parents even during Covid-19 situation the parents have not taken the children home. Hence Divine Light is providing free residential Education and appropriate training in : Braille, Orientation & Mobility, Parents Counselling, Medical Intervention, Horticulture, Craft, Music, Tailoring, Social Skills & Self-help care etc… in addition to prevention of disability programme.
The following are the highlights of this quarter :-
October 2020
2nd October 2020 - We have celebrated Gandhi Jayanthi Programme. We have carried out the
In house training programme for Children.
November 2020
1st November 2020 - Celebration of Kannada Rajyothsava
14th November 2020 - Celebration of Children’s Day
December 2020
3rd December 2020 - Celebration of International day of Persons with disabilities
25th December 2020 - Celebration of Christmas
January 2021
1st January 2021 - New Year celebration
4th January 2021 - Celebration of Louie Braille Day
14th January 2021 - Celebration of Pongal festival
26th January 2021 - Celebration of Republic Day
