Support for 50 Multi disabled children

Dear Friends,
Please do accept our sincere thanks for the support you have extended to our project for Multi disabled children.
Your support is the sustaining factor to provide services for Multiple disabled children.
We are happy to state that, Divine Light Trust for the Blind has fortunate to receive $1320.
This is the on-going project; in our project we have children with multiple disabilities (Visually Impaired and visually impairment with other Mental retardation or Hearing loss).
The background of these children socially, economically backward and severe disabled due to malnutrition.
In the 2nd quarter i.e. July to September, we have conducted Medical camps to assess the child’s health condition and to provide medical intervention. On completion of medical assessment, we have began the basic training
like:
1. Self-help care,
2. Braille reading and writing
3. Communication skills
4. Functional skills
5. Fine motor and Visual motor skills
6. Awareness about Environment
7. Orientation & Mobility
Since the children are severe disabled and multiple disabilities, they are slowly learning the skills.
We thank Global giving and all the donors who have supported this Nobel cause.
We are sure; with your support we will be able to render better services for children with multiple disabled.
