Dear friend of Raymond Empowerment Foundation,
We hope this update finds you well, considering the current global challenges. Through your support we have managed to raise $5,235 of $15,000 goal to fight period poverty in the community we serve - Kigando Sub-county in Mubende District by making reusable menstrual sanitary pads. The project that was started with 10 girls have attracted many more girls in the village. This project has so far benefited 200+ females in our community. We are very grateful for your support! Here are opportunities for you to give towards this project in the coming months:
1. Little by Little matching campaign is taking place from September 12 - 16
2. GlobalGiving is giving away $1,200,000 during their 24-hour GivingTuesday campaign! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, Nov. 29, to participate.
We encourage you to share this project with friends, families and collegues - indirectly you will be a co-fundraiser and a dream bearer of this cause.
Thank you very much,
Racheal
