Full funding has not been secured for this project as yet. When funding has been secured, we will be excited to implement the solar panel project to the 90 families who are patiently waiting.
These solar panels will help to change the lives of these families by providing each family with lighting at night so the children are able to read and study - having a positive influence on their school grades. The mother is benefited by having the capacity to cook and boil water using solar power. Health is also impacted as these families will have warm water to drink when it is bitterly cold and after boiling, any bactieria in the water has been destroyed.
The photo attached shows ladies in the village collecting brush so they can cook. These ladies have to this at least tiwce everyday. As the brush is disappearing they are needing to walk further and further. You can make a massive difference in the lives of these famlies.
