Strengthening the Ecosystem of Protection and Retention

At this crucial stage of "Strike Violence Out," our priority is to consolidate an environment that not only inspires our 800 young leaders but also provides them with the structural guarantees for their holistic development. We are currently in a strategic management phase focused on formalizing alliances that will ensure the sustainability of our impact on the ground.

1. Synergy with the Educational Sector: Securing the Path

We are moving decisively toward building alliances with local educational institutions. The goal of these outreach efforts is to integrate our peace activities with the students' academic calendars. We are looking to establish agreements that will allow us to:

  • Ensure Consistent Attendance: Create direct communication channels with schools so the program is recognized as a vital complement to civic education.

  • Pedagogical Coordination: Engage principals and teachers as allies to facilitate the students' continued participation in the project, minimizing both school and community dropout rates.

2. Network of Safe Spaces: Sports as a Catalyst for Transformation

We understand that physical training is a powerful tool for discipline and healing. Therefore, we are in advanced discussions to establish alliances with sports centers and training gyms.

  • Training Continuity: The purpose is to provide our participants with technical and dignified spaces where they can continue their physical preparation outside of workshop hours.

  • Protective Environments: We aim for these centers to become "safe zones" where youth can cultivate their athletic talent while staying away from urban violence hotspots.

3. Sports Equipment Fund: Turning Intent into Action

As a fundamental part of this preparation phase, we report that the $250 USD recently raised is currently held in a reserve fund dedicated exclusively to the acquisition of sports equipment.

This resource will be deployed once the training spaces are formalized, ensuring that our youth have access to:

  • High-quality gear (balls, protective kits, uniforms, and strength training tools).

  • Equitable access, removing the economic barriers that often prevent talented young athletes from training consistently.
