Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your interest in the Street-Level Medical Care on World Health Day project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned outreach has not yet begun.
Across many communities in Nigeria, people living on the streets, including women, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, continue to face serious barriers to healthcare. Many live with untreated infections, chronic conditions, and malnutrition due to lack of access and inability to afford care.
Without timely medical attention, these conditions worsen, leading to preventable illness and loss of life. Social neglect and limited awareness further increase their vulnerability.
This project is designed to provide free medical consultations, basic medications, and health screenings directly on the streets during World Health Day, April 7. Health professionals and volunteers will also identify serious cases and refer them for further care in hospitals.
With the right support, more people can receive timely treatment, reduce health risks, and improve their daily well-being.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so this outreach can begin and reach those in urgent need of care.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
