In light of recent attacks on Asian American women, your support on #StopAsianHate is more critical than ever as CKA continues to stand up against racism and violence. Thank you for lifting up our community members who feel vulnerable to harm and fear for their safety. Please read CKA’s full statement.
In remembrance of the 2021 Atlanta Spa tragedy and in honor of International Women’s Day, CKA organized “A Conversation about Hope and Healing for Korean American Women Amid Anti-Asian Racism” on March 15th, 2022. Women from all life stages were invited to join an online conversation on anti-Asian racism and healing. Secondly, CKA will be hosting “SAIGU@30 Leadership Conference'' to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the 1992 SAIGU in Koreatown - Los Angeles. Korean American executives, civic leaders, and experts will gather in person to discuss the impact of SAIGU on the Korean American community and focus on strengthening the next generation through mentorship sessions and leadership development workshops.
We value your support in our efforts to condemn racial injustice and empower the AAPI community.
