Our organisation DIL SE is more than eighteen years old. We started in the year 2000 by asking our friends and family for funds and we sold our personal possessions on flea markets to get money. We created our own printables on Powerpoint and Word. Our logo was originally painted on a piece of wood. We were not fast paced business people...and we still aren't!
Today however we realise that things move at an amazing speed. We are expected to reply to people within minutes and it's true that we expect people to do the same.
Since a few years already we have wonderful designers who help us with flyers and activity reports to make them look modern and colourful. We decided this year to update our logo to match the work that we do as an established Indian organisation working in the field of prevention and healing of child sexual abuse. A young French volunteer designed our new logo. We love it!
We also decided to take a shot at hiring a social media company to help us with our Facebook page and start an Instagram account:

So since mid-October we have been successful in regularly spreading awareness with information, quotes, statistics and cute cartoons.
We still believe that hearing personal stories live, touches peoples hearts more than social media but until the silence is broken and the taboo erased we will continue this challenge of Eradicating Child Sexual Abuse from Society!
