STEMulate Change for At-Risk Youth

Thanks to your generous support, STEMulate Change is continuing its mission to transform today's students into tomorrow's leaders through Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM).

How are we STEMulating Change?

We are developing cutting edge curriculum through the efforts of a curriculum development team that meets regularly to provide rich, engaging experiences to ensure the STEMulate Change activities aligns with the Core Standards.

Additionally, we are interviewing to hire strong teachers whose instructional skills and content knowledge will match the needs of the students STEMulate Change supports.    

Through partnerships with community organizations and schools, STEMulate Change will implement programming beginning in the summer of 2014.

Thanks to you, we have raised $538 which will provide materials for 60 students during the 4 week Summer Program!

We look forward to engaging new students through hands-on STEM experiences and igniting interest in STEM in an out-of-school environment.  

STEMulate Change will facilitate the participants' ability to serve as lighthouses to other students in an effort to engage all through conversation, demonstration and presentation of their experiences.
