The purpose of the project is to help the unreached communities in Pakistan through small youth volunteer initiatives. Giving Tuesday Pakistan, under the supervision of AWARD Pakistan, has linked up with 50 volunteer initiatives and non-profits that are working to promote generosity among their social circles. The campaign has managed to spread itself in the 15 major cities of Pakistan. 2022 was dedicated to helping the flood-affected communities in Sindh and Baluchistan. Volunteer organizations associated with Giving Tuesday reached out to needy communities to support them in relief and recovery.
Similarly, the project aims to support these local initiatives through capacity building, networking, and collaboration, as well as assist them in improving their work. AWARD Pakistan reaches more communities across as many cities as possible. This project hasn't received many donations on GlobalGiving. AWARD requests all its donors and supporters to support this project.
Recently a cricket match was played to spread the message of generosity among communities. During the match, the team recorded a message of generosity for the communities.
