For many of the kids when they started with us it was clear on the field that teamwork was lacking. Arguing and yelling at each other some weeks turned into more keeping peace than learning skills. After over a year we can see a difference and the youth have changed thier mindset on team work like one of them shared here:
"Team is more than being cooperative with each other. It is a way to learn from each other new skills. And it has a big impact on improving yourself. It helps us to be more sociable, and have self confidence, to have our own opinion. Team builds strong relationships between people and enhances the strong feeling of common responsibility. It helps our mental health and at the same time be sociable with people around us. Not only in the field, in our daily life there would be some tasks to work as a team. So we should know how to deal with it. Team helps us to work on our reactions and know how to deal with things"
