I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to provide an update regarding the current status of the project. As of now, we have not yet received the allocated funds for this initiative. Due to this, we are unable to commence project activities and, consequently, are not in a position to submit the narrative and financial reports at this time.
We fully understand the importance of timely reporting and remain committed to maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the project. As soon as the funds are disbursed, we will initiate the planned activities and ensure that all required reports—both narrative and financial—are submitted in a timely manner.

Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
