Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your interest in the Sponsor Surgeries for 100 Children with Cleft Lips project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned surgical support has not yet begun.
Across many low-resource communities in Nigeria, children born with cleft lips continue to live without access to surgery. Many families cannot afford treatment or do not know where to seek help.
As a result, affected children face feeding difficulties, health challenges, and social rejection. Some are kept out of public spaces due to stigma, while others grow up without the care they need.
This project is designed to sponsor 100 cleft lip surgeries, covering hospital fees, travel support, and basic aftercare. Children will be identified through local outreach and referred to approved hospitals where trained medical teams will carry out the procedures safely.
With the right support, these children can receive life-changing surgery, improving their ability to eat, speak, and live without stigma.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so this project can begin and reach children who need urgent care.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
