Shamma is doing very well. He came to the US for a surgery on a medical visa, God was using some of his friends to help him out with the whole process and to have the surgery done. Additionally, the family sponsoring him has also been helping him to go to school in the U.S. at a Bible college so that he can do ministry and social work like his dad use to do. He has applied and been accepted. He has also applied and been approved for a student visa (F1). He will start school in August. His major is Pastoral Ministry. Shamma is so excited and feels blessed for the doors God has opened for him. Shamma is asking everyone for continued prayers because he has a long way to go. He is grateful to everyone who has supported him at HCN, and promises it was a good investment. He stated that everything he has learned from administration to management has helped his career so that he can eventually be used to help others. For him it is just the beginning. Shamma has made it clear that he plans to stay connected with us and wants God to use him to help others.
