Hands for Charity continues to support orphaned children in Lebanon through its Orphan Sponsorship Program, providing monthly assistance that helps cover essential needs such as food, education, daily living expenses and more. To date, the program has reached 780 sponsored orphans in Lebanon, helping provide stability and support to children facing challenging circumstances.
Recent economic difficulties and the impact of the conflict have placed additional strain on vulnerable families and increased the need for assistance. Rising costs and ongoing uncertainty have made it more difficult for many caregivers to meet the basic needs of the children in their care.
While the program continues to make a meaningful difference, more support is needed to ensure these children receive the care and opportunities they deserve. Continued donor support will help sustain existing sponsorships and allow us to reach more orphaned children in need throughout Lebanon.
