Thank you!
For a child who comes to school hungry, lunch is more than a meal. It can mean having the energy to concentrate, participate in class, play with friends and make it through the school day feeling stronger.
Thanks for helping us to make a difference difference for thousands of children. Through the Kigezi Plant-Based School Lunch Project, we are building a school food system that brings together nutritious meals, trained cooks and school gardens to help children eat better today while creating more sustainable solutions for tomorrow.
Your support is helping make this possible.
We are incredibly grateful to the 10 donors who have already contributed to this project, including our monthly donor. Your generosity is helping us move closer to our goal of reaching 3,000 school children across 10 schools over one year.
Our goal is $50,000, and we still have a long way to go. But every contribution is helping us build momentum toward a future where children can access nutritious food at school and schools have the knowledge and resources to sustain healthy meals.
