Dear Supporters,
Poverty should never force a young girl to abandon her education. Today, we are delighted to share the inspiring story of Precious Nweke, whose dream of completing secondary school has been revived through the intervention of Empower Future Initiative (EFI).
Precious had been forced to abandon her studies because her single mother could no longer afford school expenses and her Senior Secondary School Three (SS3) examination fees. Faced with difficult circumstances, Precious took a job as a secretary at a local car wash to help make ends meet, putting her educational aspirations on hold.
However, her story is taking a hopeful turn. Through Empower Future Initiative’s educational support, Precious has returned to school and is now preparing for her final Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
Her journey reminds us why sponsoring WAEC and NECO examination fees for vulnerable Nigerian students is so important. Financial hardship should not determine whether a child completes secondary education or gains access to higher education and future employment.
Precious’s return to school demonstrates how timely educational assistance can restore hope and reopen doors to opportunity. Yet many other students from low-income households face similar challenges.
Through our Sponsor WAEC & NECO Fees for 800 Students project, EFI seeks to help vulnerable students overcome financial barriers and complete their education.
Please donate today to help more students like Precious return to school, sit their final examinations, and build brighter futures. Your support can change a life.
Best wishes,
Empower Future Initiative Team
