Dear ARTS Foundation’s Project Supporters,
Sponsor an Orphan Education - Make A Better Future Project through GlobalGiving by Advocacy, Research, Training and Services (ARTS) Foundation – Pakistan.
According to a UNICEF report, Pakistan is home to 4.2 million orphaned children. The studies have shown that 10% – 15% of orphan children commit suicide before they reach age eighteen and the studies also show that 60% of the girls become prostitutes. The environment in which the majority of these orphans grow up is fraught with numerous challenges and access to basic rights such as health care, education, protection from abuse, neglect and exploitation, are all compromised.
Through this project, the ARTS Foundation with your valued and genius philanthropy and patronage, the adopted orphan (boy or girl) will be enrolled in a school with provision of basic amenities and accessories i.e. school dress, shoes, bag, books, pen, colors, admission and monthly tuition fee.
Indeed, the project will bring lasting changes in the lives of most vulnerable orphan children through access to quality education which further impact on their families as well.
The generous support is awaited from the donors even in small and tiny contribution as small is never zero.
Thank you very much for your interest and support for our project. Please feel free to contact me with any query, comment or idea at artsfoundation@yahoo.com
Kind regards,
Shamim Akhtar
