DWAF is empowering 80+ Deaf youth through 3- to 6-month vocational and digital skills training that leads to employment and financial independence. We provide training, tuition, meals, accommodation for out-of-city students, career guidance, and job placement support. In Pakistan, many Deaf young people are excluded from quality education, vocational training, and employment due to communication barriers and limited accessible opportunities. Many come from low-income families and cannot afford training, accommodation, or meals while learning. As a result, they remain unemployed and financially dependent. DWAF currently supports over 80 Deaf students with skills training, food, accommodation, and job placement, but demand continues to grow beyond our available

By removing financial barriers and creating pathways to decent work, the project empowers Deaf youth to achieve independence and long-term financial stability.
This project creates lasting pathways to independence by equipping Deaf youth with marketable skills, practical experience, and access to employment. Rather than relying on charity, graduates secure dignified jobs, earn sustainable incomes, and support their families. As more employers recognize the value of Deaf talent, inclusive workplaces grow, stereotypes diminish, and future generations gain greater access to education, opportunity, and economic participation.
