You can help us win an extra £1,500 for #OneMoreNurse!
We are in the last few days of the Global Giving Winter Gateway Challenge, which offers our #OneMoreNurse project the chance to win extra money to go towards our cause!
If each one of our #OneMoreNurse donors asked just one person to make a donation before 19th December, we could potentially take first place, and the extra £1,500 reward with it. Just imagine, their £10 donation might be what takes us up by an additional £1,500.
At the moment we are maintaining our position in 2nd place for ‘Most money raised’. But if we don’t continue receiving donations we may fall into third or even fourth place - and lose the bonus money prizes associated to it! We need one last push to get this extra boost!
However much prize money we win, the truth remains that the closer we get to that ultimate goal, the more days a week we can employ the new specialist for, and therefore the greater the impact.

We set an ambitious goal for ourselves - to fund a new NF Nurse, and although our ‘ultimate’ goal was £20,000, I am proud to say we are still on track to significantly fund a new Specialist NF Nurse position in the UK! This is entirely down to the generosity of our #OneMoreNurse donors. Thank you so much for your support! We will be writing to you periodically in reports, such as this, to keep you updated on the progress of the new specialist in the months to come.
You’ve also helped us become a GlobalGiving Charity Partner. This will allow to us to open up whole new projects and creative fundraising techniques online, helping us to sustain our support service and help those with NF. You’ve already made a huge difference to us this year. Thank you so much for all the support you've shown us so far, together we can grow support for NF and impact the lives of thousands more by the end of 2017!
