Thank you for supporting our Spay & Neuter project! Your generous donations are helping to prevent unwanted litters and the cycle of suffering.
We have faced some challenges recently and are still fundraising to be able to increase our community spay and neuter offering. Our wonderful vet, Dr Amy, had to return to the UK and so we do not have a permanent full-time vet currently, although we are grateful for the support of external veterinary clinics.
We also had a break-in at our Thrift Store which resulted in cash and donations being stolen and the premises being ransacked, which has had an impact on our finances as the Thrift Store is a vital source of income for our Society.
We remain fully committed to spaying and neutering as many animals as possible! It is a constant struggle to raise enough money to look after the animals already in our care, but the additional funds raised through generous GlobalGiving donors like yourselves are absolutely vital to enable us to continue our work in the community and make a huge difference - thank you!
Thanks to the generous support of an anonymous donor we were able to conduct a spay and neuter day a few months ago (see some photos) and hope to be able to do more of these in the future.
Thank you for your continued support!
