The Kitten Caboose is an innovative partnership for helping homeless kittens find loving homes. When kittens are brought to our clinic for spay/neuter we ask the caregivers about their plans for them. If the kittens are tame, we offer the caregiver the option to release them to the Kitten Caboose program. These lucky kittens are then spayed/neutered by FCCO and then transferred to to the humane society for adoption.
The two kittens in the photo couldn't keep from playing and curling up with each other when they were at our clinic. The siblings were born in a woodpile in Clatskanie, OR. So that they wouldn't have to live the feral life that their mother does, their caregiver Wendy began feeding them and was able to socialize them so that they could go through our Kitten Caboose program.
Your support is important to the development and growth of our services, including the Kitten Caboose. Thank you!
