This report highlights the key challenges encountered in the implementation of our project, particularly the limited mobilization of financial resources. Despite the internationally recognized humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo, characterized by massive population displacement, loss of livelihoods, and increasing food insecurity due to armed conflicts, our project is facing a critical funding gap.
To date, our fundraising and outreach efforts have resulted in the collection of only one US dollar, while the estimated budget required for the project exceeds 45,000 US dollars.
This situation represents a major constraint to the implementation of planned activities and the achievement of objectives aimed at supporting vulnerable populations. Nevertheless, our organization remains committed to continuing its advocacy and communication efforts to mobilize more partners and goodwill donors willing to support this humanitarian initiative.
We are also strengthening our fundraising strategy and exploring new funding opportunities to ensure the continuity and impact of our interventions on the ground.
