Dear Friends-
Just a quick update for you on our Solar Project in Rubaare, Uganda. The Rubaare Educational Foundation continues to benefit from the new solar system, though there have been maintenance challenges to deal with as well.
A lightening strike recently knocked out the inverter but it has been replaced and the system is now operating again. Going forward, we will have operational plan in place for during lightening storms, which should head off additional damage.
We are hopeful that we will be able to raise the funds for expansion of the system at the main campus over the next six months. Your continued support will help us reach that goal.
