Dear Kind Supporter,

We are pleased to let you know that with your support, we recently distributed 500 solar lamps to poor, meritorious students living on the remote K-Plot, L-Plot and Maipith islands in the Sundarbans.

All the 500 students who receive the solar lamps will be inducted into ASED's youth nature leadership program, the Green Rhinos Program.

I am excited to inform you that on Tuesday, December 3rd, Microsoft will be matching the first 250,000 USD in donations on the Global Giving site as part of the Youth Spark Initiative. Please consider extending your generous support of the Sundarban Solar lamps project during this festive end of year season with an additional donation on December 3rd as of 9:00 PST, noon EST, 17:00 GMT, 18:00 CET, 22:30 IST.
