Aside from the Solar Lamp distribution of the Global Peace Foundation Philippines to different Indigenous Filipino communities in each household; the foundation also provided Solar Street Lights. The street lights provide confidence and a sense of security among the villagers. Recently, the community in Sitio Tagaytay, Barangay Bonbon, Mansalay Mindoro received the Solar Street light through their Barangay Captain who expresses his deep gratitude towards the donors and organizers for their continuous support. According to him, Street lights can reduce crimes as well as it also helps them to extend their working hours during the night to provide for their family. Solar Lamps and Solar Street Lights are both beneficial and important to every family and community.
