By Marie Slundt | Marketing and Fundraising Executive
Dear supporters,
It has been hectic since I last wrote to you. We keep improving our social care initiatives, and as a result, we see more individuals experiencing homelessness coming to our premises. As much as we would like to shut down because there would be no need for us, we are experiencing the demand does not decrease unfortunately.
But we see so many positive changes in our client group. We cater for around 60-80 homeless clients per day in our service centre. Last week, we celebrated that our client, Amanda, went from being homeless to being employed and having her own space to call home. In less than a year, that is a huge progress. We have many more stories alike.
As always, please reach out with questions or the need for more information.
The Hope Exchange's team and clients appreciate you.
Kind regards,
Marie Slundt (marie@thehopeexchange.org)
