By Nadine Mukanya | Project Leader
Hello!
A few weeks back, we met this little girl on our way to one of the villages along the Uvira-Baraka route. The kids at her school, along with many of the adults we got together with, were very welcoming and attentive to the information we gave them about how to think about safe water. A dozens of bars of soap were distributed, and sugar and salt were donated to village elders for emergency use.
Water-borne diseases in Congo are a real problem, and we are offering real solutions. Help us prevent cholera and typhoid fever. Most of all, help us prevent little girls like this one from dying needlessly. Every little bit can help! Share this page with friends and family. There are a few thousands we still need to raise, and we can do it if you share with as many people as you can.
Thank you for your commitment to making the world a better and healthier place, one little girl at a time.
