Soap and Water to Save Hundreds of Congolese Kids

Dear donors,

What has happened in the last 3 months? Well, we continue to carry out our mission to eradicate water-borne diseases in Congo:

We have delivered soap and educated 15 families on safe water practices, and we are planning on reaching 50 more in the coming weeks.
Additionally, we organized a successful education session for a group of 31 local teachers and parents in the South-Kivu province of the Democratic Republic of Congo, covering the basics of water safety and disease prevention, and treatment. The session specifically consisted of local health professionals explaining how one can get sick from untreated water, cholera and typhoid prevention, and how to mix the prefect sugar-salt solution to prevent dehydration.
