This year's group of youths undertaking our fast-track vocational/apprenticeship program have just completed their bespoke condensed college training segment and will now return to full time apprenticeship training for just over two months. They will then take part in a graduation ceremony at their vocational college.
Once again, we are amazed at how successful this program has proved and that all our intake have stayed with us and are on track to graduate. Based on our previous years of experience with this program, we have every confidence that the majority of these youths will soon be working and earning a sustainable income exceeding their expectations and their likelihood if they had not undertaken this training.
Attached is a photo of Dorcus, one of our girls who graduated last year and is pursuing a successful career as a seamstress/dressmaker. She is earning a good and regular income and is very happy and settled. In a few months' time, we hope to see this year's 200 trainees settling into similar success stories.
