This will be a short report as we are in the middle of a power cut and I am trying to do it on a mobile phone. We have had a few weeks of major works on our power lines coupled with power rationing and a major incident last week that took out power across the whole country! Sometimes it is a struggle!
The good news is that our current group of youths are progressing well with their training and all are on course to graduate from the 2023 programme in November. The end is in sight for them and we are in the process of shortlisting candidates for the 2024 intake.
In addition to our training programme, we also have offered an internship to a social worker who is studying at college and must do a four week intern programme as part of their training course. We hope she finds working with us beneficial.
Our next report should feature some photos of graduations!
