Just before Christmas, we were thrilled to hold graduation ceremonies for our youths who completed their one year programme! Year on year we have increased the number of graduates from our one year duration bespoke programme consisting of vocational college combined with apprenticeship training.
We worked with three local vocational colleges during 2022 and graduated more youths than any previous year - next year we hope to see even more graduate with our support. This programme is life changing for our youths. Not only do they graduate with vital training enabling them to become self-sufficient financially, but they are mentored and taught life skills. They also make friends and improve self esteem. This year we also saw young teen mothers graduate from the programme.
Congratulations to all who participated in this life transforming programme!
We look forward to catching up with the graduates next year to see how they are performing as part of our monitoring process. We also look forward to our incoming trainees joining the programme this month!
