Established two new skill development centers at targeted areas to empower women with skills. Follow up visits of existing centers arecarried out by AHD program monitoring staff. We are happy to share that trained women are now more confident and carrying out their personal small business initiatives of sewing, poultry & kitchen gardening & contributing in their households. We are looking forward to establish more skill development centers at our targeted areas so the women of the area can get maximum benefits of program.

A Monitoring Visit in Trained Young Women near Hyderabad
Women sewing and skill training center female staff visited some 07 areas to young women trained via sewing skills during last 2 years. About 33 young women now having business through sewing the cloths of nearby families, Young women contributing to family income through sewing skills, during the visit it was observed that the young women trained in the past now they are happy and their future saved.
In the year 2017 we at AHD planned to start some 05 new sewing and skill training in 05 slum areas from Jan 2017 to June 30th 2017.

Skill Trainings on Poultry Trades organized for 90 women
AHD organized skill trainings for 90 women in remote areas to help them to start small business and entrepreneurship in 90 families through poultry rearing, in this regard 20 poultry birds chicks distributed during Oct 3rd to 13th 2016 in some 9 villages at the average of 10 women from each village.
AHD plan to help more 60 women during next quarter from Oct to Dec 2016, we further needs support of 2,200 US $. Your attention and timely support will help us to reach our target within next quarter.
