We have been able to add several more orphans as several new beds have been added. The beds were purchased by a youth group who conducted a fund raising event, and were built on-site after the materials were trucked in the 180 klm from Nairobi. A combination of money raised through the Global Giving site and our sponsors provided mattresses, colorful sheets, and mosquito nettings for all beds! The children were very excited to have new brothers and sisters, and by the comfortable, fresh beds. Beds already in use were given a face lift by sanding and repainting, with the children helping.
