Women Empowerment Initiative
Elchariszone Development Foundation is up to launch our Women Empowerment Initiative in Nigeria. As a new endeavor, we have already identified 8 high-need communities in Lagos and neighboring states, conducted baseline assessments with 450 women, and partnered with 7 local cooperatives and skill centers.
Phase 1 training centers are now operational, delivering vocational skills (tailoring, digital literacy, agribusiness), financial literacy, and leadership workshops. Early participants report 40% income increase potential through micro-enterprise startups and access to low-interest loans. This initiative targets 1,000 women and girls in Year 1, fostering economic independence, reducing gender-based vulnerabilities, and building resilient families.
Your support today accelerates Phase 2 rollout, equipping more women to thrive and lead. Donate now empower a woman, transform a community, uplift Nigeria.
