Project Plan: Syria: Sheep Qurbani ($420) serving ~4 people per family (100 families / 10,000 people) Gambia & Uganda: Cattle Qurbani ($1,117) serving ~18 people per share (50 shares each / 22,500 people per country) Shared cattle shares: $160 per share option Total Goal: $97,860 This ensures organized slaughter, proper distribution, and maximum reach during Eid.
