Dear Donors,
Thanks for your contiued support towards running the computer labs in slums of Bangalore and Rural area.
Just to recap in each computer lab we can accommodate 10 students in one batch and we are running minimum of 3 batches in every lab. For each lab we have one full time computer trainer and also one full time student recruiter.
The courses offered from our computer lab are
1) Computer based data processing
2) Computer based account management.
Your contribution is used towards payment of teacher and student recruiter salary and also for the maintenance of computers.
Below are the summary of the activities in our labs from November 2016 to January 201
1 . Outreach
During this period we have trained 170 students.
2. Graduation Ceremony
In our 3 labs we had graduation ceremony for the passing out students and below are some snaps
3. Spoken English classes
We engaged volunteers in 2 of our labs to conduct the spoken english classes for our students. Spoken English classes are conducted weekly twice.
4. Success Stories
Six students got placed in to different companies after the completion of our course. Majority of the remaining studnets are still continuing their college education.
