It has been almost 10 years since we first set up our foundation to help the rural communities with good primary healthcare centres. We now have 14 units serving people in different areas of rural West Bengal. These resilient, hard working communities battle unimaginable challenges thrown by life. They deserve better medical care, which very few have access to.
So here at RHCF, we have always made accessibility, availability and affordability our prime focus. Medical consultation and a week’s supply of medications are still being provided only at Rs. 70 (about 1 USD) and our plan is to open more centres to reach out to more people.
We couldn’t have accomplished anything without you, our donors. We are so grateful to you for believing in our mission and contributing to our cause; for showing so much compassion towards these people. With your support, we are able to provide proper treatment and help them lead healthier lives.
We will continue to share more stories from our communities to show you the impact of your generosity.
We have a long way to go before we can achieve our mission of eradicating healthcare challenges in rural India, but you can help us get there faster.
