Mercy Thuo, director of the Good Samaritan Children's Home writes us this holiday greeting:

Thank you to all my dearest friends and partners, this far you have made us proud.  With you, we are confident of achieving so much towards these little ones.  May God be with you, making you excel in every aspect of your lives, rewarding you faithfully.

This message was posted on Facebook.  To see other postings, including photos and notes to The Good Samaritan Chilren's Home, become a friend of the orphanage on Facebook.

On December 23 Fabulous African Fabrics donated $4000 to the GSCH.  $1200 of that was raised through our donors on Global Giving.  During 2013 FAF gave $7000 to the orphanage, providing children with shoes, tuition and money to keep the orphanage running.  With 300 mouths to feed and house, FAF partners with other donors.  We have the goal of keeping teens and elementary school children in school.  Our donations are paying off, as several of our orphans are in college; one recently graduated from college with a major in engineering.

During 2014 we hope to match $7000, or even give more. We are counting on you.

Best wishes for 2014 from Fabulous African Fabrics.
