Dear Pakistan Project Supporters,

This summer brought important milestones as girls completed their annual examinations, graduates prepared for their next chapter, and a new group of students joined the project.

Celebrating Academic Milestones

Students across the project have been working hard:

  • 20 girls completed their Grade 10 matriculation examinations and graduated from the project.
  • 19 girls completed their Higher Secondary School annual examinations.
  • 3 girls completed their Grade 11 annual examinations.

We are incredibly proud of their determination and all they have accomplished!

17 Graduates Are Continuing Their Education

One of the most exciting updates came after our Grade 10 students completed the program: 17 of the 20 graduates independently applied to Government Colleges to continue their studies.

Parents shared that the support their daughters received through the project motivated them to continue investing in their education even after direct project support ended.

At the same time, 13 new Grade 9 students joined the project, giving another group of girls the opportunity to benefit from educational support.

Ready for the New School Year

To help students start the new academic year prepared, every girl in the project received a new school uniform and school bag, helping ease the cost of essential school supplies for their families.

Education also extends beyond the classroom. Bedari held a session on preventing street harassment, attended by 37 project students alongside other students and teachers. These sessions help girls build the knowledge, confidence, and life skills to navigate challenges in their communities.

As one group of girls graduates and another begins, your support continues to create opportunities that extend far beyond a single school year. You are helping girls and their families keep choosing education for the future.

Thank you for continuing to stand alongside Girls Education International, Bedari, and the girls and families we serve in Pakistan.
