Mila and Zizo update

Mila, Zizo and their late granny

Dear Donors:

You may recall that we had a brother and sister who lost many members of their family a few months ago in a tragic car accident that left the sister in the hospital for quite some time. We received the following note from their principal, Sandra:

"My heart is so sore because Mila and Zizo did leave Cape Town for good. Mila did pass grade 1 and coped very well according to his teacher and Zizo was just that happy face and doesn't matter how she feel but always with a smiling face.

She was so happy at the graduation, I will send the video. Then remember Lutho Mambo's father was shot then now in November his uncle were shot and his niece and he was so sad at his age. He will be in grade R next year and I would love to keep him on our scholarship group.

We did also lose a mother in November and the child was in Teacher Virginia's class. Child's name is Hlela. So if it fine with you, we can then also add Hlela on the scholarship.

Lastly, you must thank Love to Langa for the amazing support and tell them that it really makes a difference in the community. Community people did come and thank me after they heard how we did support Mila and Zizo's family with the groceries parcels and clothing for both Mila and Zizo and also the school fees for both of them. I am proud and happy and look like a Hero because of them. Love Sandra"
