Two Baylor-Uganda youths, Brian and Abel, leave Uganda today to fly to Australia! Thanks to your support, Baylor-Uganda was able to raise enough funds to send four youths and two adult chaperones to the AIDS 2014 conference. They will be presenting a "Meet the Experts" panel session on treatment adherence and adolescent-focused HIV prevention, care, and treatement services. Brian and Abel are leaving a day earlier than the rest of the group to attend the youth pre-conference. They are very excited about the upcoming trip and we can't thank you enough for your help in making it happen!
If you want updates on their experience at the conference, follow Baylor-Uganda on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/bayloruganda) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/bayloruganda).
Thank you!
-The Baylor-Uganda team
