By Francis Osisiogu | Project Leader
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, this project has begun transforming Zakat contributions into direct educational access for vulnerable Muslim children. With a total goal of $10,000 and $51 raised so far from 3 donors, the project has already achieved its first milestone: one child has been fully supported and enrolled in school.
At a funding model of $50 per student, each donation creates a measurable and transparent outcome by covering essential educational costs including tuition, uniforms, books, and learning materials. This means every completed $50 contribution immediately removes financial barriers for one child and creates a direct path back to education.
While $9,949 remains to reach the full target, the project has already demonstrated impact and established momentum. Continued support will enable more children to move from child labor and financial exclusion into classrooms, creating lasting educational and economic opportunities for their families and communities.
