This progress report highlights key developments for the Send 50 Girls to School in Rural Kano State project, managed by Elite Star Foundation. Financially, the project aims to reach a total fundraising goal of $5,250 over a four-month period. To date, one donation has been received, bringing the total amount raised to $0 toward the target, leaving the full $5,250 remaining to be funded. Securing additional individual and monthly donors remains a top operational priority to ensure continuous financial backing. These funds are essential to cover critical educational costs for 50 vulnerable out-of-school girls in rural Kano State, including school fees, uniforms, and learning materials. Despite initial funding challenges, community engagement and baseline support structures are active, establishing a solid foundation to accelerate enrollment, retention, and protection for these girls once incoming donations are disbursed.
