Many girls and women have found the strength to end domestic violence and reclaim their lives after self-defence courses in Nagpur. Through awareness of their human rights, they discovered that life can be different—better, safer, and filled with dignity. Confidence grew. Courage emerged. They learned to speak up and stand against violence, connecting with their inner strength.
Out of 1,466 participants, 1,345 reported that their confidence had increased and that they now felt brave enough to take a stand. This shift is more than a statistic—it is proof that change is possible. When people are empowered, they transform not only their own lives but also the lives of those around them. Small steps toward awareness create powerful movements toward freedom and respect.
